Sessions scheduled for 5:30pm and later will be required to pay an after hours fee of $60
In order to provide quality photography affordably, we save time by giving you all pertinent information in print. We do not have an administrative assistant, which is how we keep our prices low. We rely on you to review the information provided, as it answers 99% of questions you may have.Our prices are firm. We are trying to keep our small business alive. Also, asking for a discount is kinda rude.
We are not your typical boutique photographer. In fact, our business model is one of a kind. Our company services thousands of clients at reasonable rates, instead of providing luxury service with a hefty price tag. We offer the service of bringing your ideas to life and capturing the memories with exceptional equipment and skill.
I only communicate via text message, Instagram DM, Facebook messenger. I will not call you. I do not have an administrative assistant and I would spend all day repeating myself on the phone and getting no other work done. I’ve spent the past 8 years refining our craft to be efficient and communicative.
We are a one of a kind photography company that doesn’t rely on using the sales tactics of used car salesmen to make as much money off you as possible.
We invite you to take your time browsing Pinterest and Instagram and find what makes your heart smile! Then send us these ideas. We will let you know what we have and what you need to fill in. Together, we will create the best replica of your vision. This model of 'client DIY sets' allow us to save time and money and pass the savings onto you! We do not provide heliu balloons or props. I do have an extensive prop collection, however, I don’t have a list of what I have. It’s best if you send your Pinterest ideas to me and I can let you know how I can accommodate.
We do not sell products. Once the session is complete, all digital images are yours to do what you’d like to with. The amount of images depend on the temperament of those being photographed.
Our calendar is self-service, although we encourage you to text any questions you have before scheduling. We are requiring $50 non refundable retainers on select sessions. We accept payment at the end of the session, with Zelle, Venmo, cash app, and cash. We are not accepting credit cards
Please note that minis 15 minutes or less are designed for cooperative toddlers and older. If your toddler is non-cooperative, this is not an appropriate session for them. They need more time allotted to allow them to acclimate. If you select a 15 minute session, we will request to add time to your session to get the desired images you’d like, or at the end of 15 minutes, the session ends. Maternity sessions are scheduled in 30 minute increments. If you’d like an hour, you are welcome to schedule consecutive sessions. My only outdoor option is in my private location. Anywhere else is considered an On Location Session
Turn around time is 96 hours. All images are "base edited" (includes color and exposure correction) and electronically delivered without copyright. Additional editing thru photoshop has an additional fee, depending on the picture and what is being corrected.Turn around time for extra edits depends on the workload request.
You can print thru us, as we do not mark up our print costs, and affordably print or you can download them and print them wherever you want.
Tardiness results in the time you’re late being added to your session as the late fee. When you are late, you throw off our whole day’s schedule and will have to apologize to our client scheduled after you by giving them a discount for their understanding for waiting. For instance, if you are 5 minutes late, $10 will be added to your session. Please let me know as soon as possible when you will be late. Do not let me know after your session has “begun” to inform me you will be late. In our outside location, we do NOT allow balloons, confetti or smoke bombs.
NLP is by appointment only. Please do not arrive early, as we follow our schedule strictly. If you are going to be late to your session, I need to know as soon as you know so I can see how I can adjust my schedule. There is a good chance there’s another session after you and I’m leaving gaps between clients to ensure maximum safety. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will probably have to reschedule your session to later in the day or another day.
Please come ready to go in the first outfit. When you come “on time” but not ready to go, we will run late which will mess up the rest of the day’s schedule.
We do not provide balloons, outfits, hair and makeup or cake. Balloon garlands are made for $75 for you to keep for each or rented for $20.
Sessions scheduled 530pm or later will have an additional $60 afterhours fee
All session referrals will earn you a $10 discount off your next session with us!

*photographers employed by Nicole Lynn Photography, LLC, are Nicole and Jessica. Either of them may be the gal behind the lens during your session.
*Nicole has the right to cancel and refuse service to anyone she deems necessary. If multiple sessions were scheduled, those non-refundable retainers will remain non-refundable and sessions will be cancelled. This includes cancellation because I cannot confirm your session, including errors made when putting contact information
*pets and babies of all ages count as “people”
*session times are UP TO. If we get what we need before time is up and your child/baby got what we needed, we are considering ourselves a success.
*balloon arches are not guaranteed
*setup time is included in your time. If you want more time to setup, please add time to your session. We do not provide helium balloons. *if your child/baby needs time to “warm up”, please add time to your session to account for their personalities. *toddlers turning 2 should have an outside session. * deposits are not transferable and not refundable, because that’s what deposits are for.
